we did not use the pool but it appeared smaller but nice. The s dog was allowed in the lobby & the dining room (just not in the food service area). We requested and got the first-floor room we wanted for the dog and that was super convenient. Yes, there is a nice vinyl wood plank-style product on the floor and no carpeting in the room.

The room layouts are very modern and comfortable and NO CARPETING IN THE ROOM !! yeah !. Overall this is a very nice hotel, we have more good things to say than bad.
